Penguin-Dressed CMS Students Read at Wood Park

Wood Park is celebrating its Winter Wonderland this week, with a special emphasis on penguins. And the primary school students were delighted to welcome members of the CMS National Junior Honor Society on Monday to participate in the festivities.
The middle school students spread out among the Wood Park classrooms and began by reading penguin-themed children's books, including one about a penguin with hiccups.
The NJHS members — some dressed as penguins — then helped their primary school friends with a penguin-themed crafts project.
One classroom even featured a NJHS member visiting her younger brother's class.
